Denis is a Canadian actor based in NYC. He recently completed a run as Tom Ford in the Off-Broadway play House of McQueen and played The Wolf in performances of Sternfeld Studio's immersive Into the Woods. He will next lead the Lexington Theatre Company's production of A Christmas Carol as Scrooge.​ Other recent projects include two productions of David Mamet's Oleanna and the film Ponyboi, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.

Denis has appeared on Broadway in Spamalot, Tammy Faye, Doctor Zhivago and A Chorus Line and in productions at Encores!, Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, The Hollywood Bowl as well as three national tours and work at many regional theatres throughout the country.​​
